What is the best place to find the hydraulic pump fluid for a 1988 benz 560sel?
Is this fluid also called the self leveling suspension fluid? I’ve heard it referred to it that way also.
Let me add a little detail. Where is the best place to find the hydraulic fluid without paying an arm and a leg? Dealerships charge a ridiculous amount for this.
Use the internet to price shop. This special fluid is made by a German company named Pentosin. They have a web-site. It is a special synthetic mineral oil. Nothing else should EVER be mixed with it! In my Michigan neighborhood, there are foreign car parts stores that carry this product with a lowered cost. If you have no better luck, try calling them for a price. S & G auto parts, 248-477-0410.
